Take a break from the normal.
Our men's retreats in Cornwall combine Martial arts, Men's circles, Outdoor expedition and Performance nutrition into three days that will change how you see yourself.
Most men are living in a permanent state of comfort that is slowly making them smaller.
Safe routines. Screens. The same four walls. A life that looks fine from the outside but feels like it's missing something you can't quite name.
That something is challenge. Wildness. Brotherhood. The experience of doing something hard alongside other men and finding out more about who you are as a man.
That's what we built the retreats for.

THE TWO RETREATS
Two Experiences. Same Standard.
Enter The Arena — 11th June, Cornwall
An introduction to Menswork and Martial Arts. Over three nights and four days you'll train in combat, sit in men's circles, eat well and go deep — with a team of coaches who have done this work themselves.
This retreat is built around the discipline and clarity that comes from physical confrontation. You don't need to be a martial artist. You need to be willing.
Men In Their Element — 27th August, Cornwall
The same depth of men's work and circle work, built around outdoor challenge rather than combat. Coasteering or gorge walking, expedition into the wilds of Cornwall. The physical challenge is different — the internal work is the same.
Both retreats are limited to a small group. That's deliberate.

THE TEAM
Daniel Tindall — Lead Coach 18 years of competitive martial arts. 5 years facilitating men's circles. His own dark seasons that became the reason for all of this. He leads from the front.
Adam Glover — Performance Nutritionist 15 years in the military operating in high pressure environments across the globe. Now a performance nutrition coach. He breaks down what actually works and how to implement it without overcomplicating it. Real world advice from a man who lives it.
Nick Ainley — Outdoor Instructor 10+ years as an outdoor instructor. Coasteering specialist, hillwalking guide, equestrian centre owner. Nick lives in the outdoors and brings that expertise to every expedition element of the retreat.

THE FOOD
Eat Well. Train Hard.
Everything on the retreat is designed by Adam with performance in mind. Meat on the grill. Sweet potato and peanut curry. Full cooked breakfasts. Real food, cooked together, eaten together. No protein bars and a sandwich. Proper fuel for the work you're doing.
What makes this experience special is we cook most meals on the open fire as a team.
Everyone gets stuck in. Everyone eats well.
Breaking Bread together in the best way.
