Make Ready Men's Circle

This is a chance for men to come together around a fire and talk.

We will do a little meditation. Share openly what's going on for us. Hold space for one another to speak openly without comment.

Often just being heard and talking is enough to help us on our journey.

You do not have to speak if it doesn't feel right. Sometimes just staring into the flames, connecting to the here and now and just listening is enough.

We then finish with conversation where we can ask for advice and guidance from our peers or dive deep into a variety of topics.

All circles are donation based so if you would like to contribute great. If not that is equally fine.
