Reconnect N Trek

Through sharing in circle, talking on the trials and using mindfulness as a tool to be present this day is  about Men creating space in their lives to reconnect to ourselves as Men.

Kase from Exploring the Wild is a Mountain Leader and Integrative Coach and will guide us through nature while drawing on his expertise of the benefits of barefoot walking and connecting to nature.

Daniel is a Mindset & Menswork coach who uses his knowledge and experience of Buddhism and Mindfulness alongside Mindset development to help Men learn tools to develop themselves as healthy well rounded men. Drawing on the works of Carl Jung and Robert Moore using the framework of the masculine Archetypes we can learn more about healthy masculinity and the power that lies within us all.

This day we will gather together as Men to explore Nature, ourselves and what it means to be a Man.
